Cancelation Policy
At Auntie's Adventures, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel a session. We have a fair and transparent cancellation policy in place to ensure that both our customers and our team are treated fairly.
If you need to cancel a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 5 days' notice to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.
If a session is canceled in less than 5 days, we offer two options:
Option 1: 50% Refund
If you choose this option, you will receive a 50% refund of the session fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and exceptions to this are made at the sole discretion of Auntie.
Option 2: Reschedule
If you prefer, we are more than happy to reschedule the session for a later date. We want to make sure that you and your furry friend still have the opportunity to enjoy the experience that you initially planned.
Please note that these options are only applicable for cancellations made in less than 5 days. If you cancel a session with more than 5 days' notice, you will be eligible for a full refund.
